Translation Guide v3 - updated 08/07

This is to inform you that according to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation №300 dated June 17, 2004 all applicants for higher education must get a state-approved certificate of equivalence confirming the correspondence of foreign documents on education to those issued by the Russian Educational Institutions.

Procedures

For this procedure, applicants must submit the following set of documents:

1. Photocopies of your national passport.

2. Certified original certificate of Secondary Education and Higher Education.

I. Secondary Education
- SPM

with subject studied and hours certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Russian Embassy

II. Higher Education - STPM/A-level/INTEC/Matriculation

with subject studied and hours certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Russian Embassy

3. Two photocopies of certified certificates.


Notes:

1. the seal must be stamped on your original certificates.

2. the seal can be placed either at front or at the back of the certificate.

3. Russian foundation certificate are not needed to be stamped, just make sure you bring to Russia will do.

4. translation will be done in Russia. If you did it in Malaysia, it is at your own risk.

5. The Russian Embassy seal cost RM140, while the Ministry of Foreign Affair is free of charge.

6. Please identify the seal below for correct stamping.

7. REMEMBER to bring along your original certificate!!!

not the correct one, find the word ко
